At Motorlicious we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We also aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving them(subject to weekends and Bank Holidays). 

Refunds and Returns policy: Refund will not include postage cost of returning items or any other carriage charges that were incurred when sending the goods out to the customer. The decision to give a refund is at the discretion of B&R Components. Items returned must be in original packaging and a resaleable condition. A handling charge may be charged. No item will be accepted for a refund 10 days after the dispatch date. If products are required to be returned please return to B&R Components, 51 Glasgow Road, Cambuslang, Glasgow G72 7DW.  All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving items.

Couriers policy. Goods must be checked for damage before courier gets a signature. If any item is damaged upon arrival you must write on the signed for slip " damaged upon arrival ". This will ensure that we can claim for damaged goods from the courier.
